Time beyond the free limit is charged according to the MEVO pricing (PLN 0.10/min for a classic bike, PLN 0.20/min for an electric one)
Go to “My Services” → “Sports Events” and download your unique MEVO code. You can download one code per month by using 1 entry from your package.
Download the app “MEVO – rower metropolitalny” from the App Store or Google Play
In the MEVO app, go to “Subscriptions” → “Redeem voucher code” and enter your code
Top up your MEVO virtual wallet with PLN 10 or make sure the balance is already there – this is a required system deposit
Done!

Where can you ride MEVO?
You have access to bikes in 16 locations:
Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot, Rumia, Reda, Puck, Władysławowo, Tczew, Pruszcz Gdański, Żukowo, Sierakowice, Somonino, Stężyca, Kartuzy, Kolbudy, Kosakowo.

All adult Medicover Sport users with active access to the app can use this service. Users must be at least 14 years old.
What are the daily limits for free bike use?
With the MEVO subscription through Medicover Sport, you get:
- 120 minutes per day on a classic bike
- 60 minutes per day on an electric bike
After that, standard MEVO rates apply (see rowermevo.pl).
In which locations can I use MEVO bikes?
The MEVO system operates in 16 Pomeranian municipalities:
Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot, Rumia, Reda, Puck, Władysławowo, Tczew, Pruszcz Gdański, Żukowo, Kolbudy, Kosakowo, Sierakowice, Somonino, Stężyca, Kartuzy.
Do I have to pay anything to use the bike?
The MEVO service is free as part of your Medicover Sport package. However, you need to top up your virtual wallet with PLN 10 in the MEVO app — this is a required system deposit and not a subscription fee.
Do I need to cancel my current MEVO subscription to use the Medicover Sport code?
Yes. If you have an active “pay as you go” MEVO subscription, you must cancel it before entering the Medicover Sport code.
If you already have a paid monthly or yearly MEVO subscription, you cannot use the Medicover Sport code simultaneously.
Can I use the same code more than once?
No. Each code is single-use and assigned to a specific user. A new code can be downloaded the following month.
